We are looking for a Procurement Digitalisation Manager with top-tier credentials to help drive digitalisation through state-of-the-art sourcing technology in a time where source-to-pay excellence and digitalisation are top priorities on the corporate agenda.

You will be based in Novo Nordisk’s HQ in Denmark, however, as part of our global focus some travel activities can be expected.

About the department
Corporate Procurement is responsible for the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk of app. 35 billion DKK. We define and drive the global procurement strategy. We are a strategic partner in the execution of the company’s strategy with 110 employees based in Denmark and more than 500 procurement colleagues globally.

- Define and bridge business needs with digital sourcing solutions
- Design and execute global strategies that takes procurement to the next level
- Proactively investigate and apply best practice to drive digitalisation
- Work closely with senior management to set the direction for digital sourcing and engage with stakeholders at all levels
You will be based in Novo Nordisk’s HQ in Denmark, however, as part of our global focus some travel activities can be expected.
Qualifications
- A MSC, MBA or similar degree in the field of Economics, Business, Procurement, Analytics or within the STEM field
- It is an advantage, if you have 2-5 years of procurement experience having worked with digital sourcing solutions
- Experience in designing and managing large and complex global souring projects
- Experience with procurement sourcing software platforms (Coupa, Ariba etc.) and demonstrated capabilities to link business requirements to digital sourcing technology is a plus
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills that ensure full utilisation of our digital sourcing technology
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an understanding of how to translate high complexity challenges into simple solutions
- Tech-savvy and a high degree of curiosity and interest in developing sourcing excellence via innovative technologies
- A dedicated team player who values collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- It is a pre-requisite to work fluently in English
