About the department
“Oral Finished Products & Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability” (OFP & CSDS) QA is a CVP area which consists of 7 dedicated departments having the responsibility to release products for the market and the internal production with the areas of devices, contract manufacturing, raw materials, tablets etc. You will become a part of the management team.

The position
In this role, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. Your primary area of responsibility will be administrative support to the CVP (Glauco Sanches), calendar administration, meeting planning, people administration, preparation of various meetings, purchasing of supplies and services as well as booking of travel.

Furthermore, you will handle different ad-hoc tasks which you will solve for the CVP and his management team. You will take part in the management meetings, keeping the action list, gathering and distributing meeting material and meeting minutes. Your tasks will also include frequent interaction and cooperation with many important stakeholders in the organisation and driving cross-functional and management events.

Qualifications
You have an administrative or academic background within business administration, communication or equivalent. Or you have worked your way through the system in Novo Nordisk and know internal systems well and are highly skilled with MS Office. You are comfortable to interact with Senior Management and have some experience from a similar position.

You are good at working independent with a “can-do-attitude” and have a proactive approach to the job and are working well with tight deadlines. In addition, you are structured, quality-minded and enjoy the details of planning, coordinating and proof-reading. You have a natural ability to establish relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. You are reliable, loyal and service-minded, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and to perform under pressure. You are familiar with handling confidential information and are proficient with both written and spoken Danish and English.
