The Position We are looking for a one-year maternity cover as CVP (Corporate Vice President) Assistant to support the CVP of P&O Business Partnering and Research and Early Development. In the role as Personal Assistant, you are offered a challenging and exciting position. Your key area of responsibility will be to support and advise the CVP. You will be involved in and contribute to activities such as:
  • Scheduling, meeting planning, purchasing of goods and services, coordinating activities, invoicing, providing support for the Corporate Vice President in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Planning of seminars and off-sites, travel, day to day tasks and much more
  • Budget and controlling management, maintenance of mailbox and MS Teams groups
  • You will be a member of the HR Business Partnering team and you will also have a good collaboration with the administrative assistant group to ensure that tasks are aligned across the area
  • Responsibility in driving our newly established People & Organisation Onboarding Day where we are welcoming all our new employees to P&O. Your role will be to act as a host for the day with support from the other assistants
  • The P&O Onboarding Day is a really exciting and energizing day and a really great setup; you will be the contact person for all managers and assistants and you will ensure that the day runs smoothly with support to the setup of IT equipment and with presenters on the day. This to make sure that our new employees are having their best first day at Novo Nordisk and they can start in their own department afterwards. Qualifications The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development. You must be able to prioritise own tasks and work independently. In addition, we like to see that you:
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience within administration
  • Are proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and properly also other administrative systems
  • Can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in Danish and English at business level
  • Are good at working independently with a ‘can-do-attitude’ and have a proactive approach to your job and work well with tight deadlines
  • Have good presentation and communication skills
  • Have experience working with different stakeholders in HQ, affiliates and external agencies and possess personal skills (advantage)
  • Are efficient with calendar- and meeting coordination, be great with people and easy to approach.
  • As a person you are pro-active, responsible, structured, service minded, a good communicator and collaborator at all levels. You are a team player with high engagement, strong in planning and accountable in meeting deadlines and ensuring required deliverables. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities. About the Department As CVP Personal Assistant you will report to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of P&O Business Partnering and Research and Early Development and be part of the HR Business Partnering Team. We are a team on approx. 20 very dedicated people and we are supporting line of business with HR tasks. We are a part of Global People and Organisation (P&O).
