The position As Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross functional projects within our services including long-term planning for ensuring scalability of services for the growing organisation. This involves analysing and anticipating future demand for services and driving projects to close identified gaps and facilitating decision-making on how to mitigate and develop. Since this position is an addition to the team, you will have the opportunity to impact and develop the role together with the Manager. Your key areas of responsibility will be: Establishing and coordinating business development initiatives across services; pro-actively take responsibility for managing emerging challenges Driving internal development projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. I.e. business process reengineering, dashboard for contract management status, service models, and scalability Coordinating operationalisation of new office buildings Prepare business cases Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A sound academic background which could be within management, engineering, or finance combined with min. 5 years of project management experience Excellent project management skills and a proven track record for driving projects Relevant experience with business development and innovation within Facility Management Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in written Proficiency in effectively structuring material to allow easy decision making Regardless of background, you must be outgoing and independent with an agile mind-set, as you will have a wide range of contacts and a diverse area of responsibility. At the same time, you must be a good team player, as we work closely together in our department. About the department We are around 230 employees in CFa based in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Måløv and Kalundborg, managing ~2500 external employees. We drive strategic facility management in Denmark and are responsible for safeguarding, sustaining and continuously optimising Novo Nordisk property and delivering services to our more than 22.000 Danish colleagues. The department Facility Services is located in Bagsværd and consists of 12 specialised colleagues who are responsible for managing and following up on our contracts within soft FM services as food services, cleaning, distribution of post & packages as well as a number of supporting services.
