Do you want to play a key role in the acceleration of digital and emerging technologies in Novo Nordisk (IO) International Operations? Do you have a strategic mindset to support the organisation to identify and capture the value of digital for the benefit of patients? The Position In this role you will be responsible for driving the digital innovation efforts by enabling digital and patient focused solutions. The focus will be to establish a strong foundation for a patient focused digital framework and support our business units in identifying opportunities and exploring them in coordination with regions and affiliates. Enabling and strengthening the digital regional and affiliate organisations will be a key focus of the role. Your responsibilities would include:
  • Drive and manage the implementation of a Patient Data Framework in strong collaboration with IOs business units, regions and affiliates
  • Drive and enable the digital innovation support to the business units in the organization, identify trends and identifying exploration areas
  • Identify and support digital innovation initiatives and map potential funding areas and projects
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide input to goals, budgets
  • Qualifications We are looking for a person with experience and passion for driving digital innovation, drive the implementation of programmes and engage stakeholders in complex environments. You should be able to tailor messages to relevant stakeholders from various levels of authority. Strong analytical, technical, project management and business skills are needed to navigate the landscape of technologies and translate uncertainties into tangible opportunities for Novo Nordisk. Formally, we expect you to have at least 5 years of experience working in digital innovation/transformation, consulting, and/or product management in a corporate. Experience working with or in start-ups and in digital healthcare will be a plus. A relevant Master’s degree relevant innovation management connection and a track record that includes one or more of the following:
  • Experiences deploying new products or projects across different geographies
  • An innovation track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch
  • Experience enabling complex initiatives and ensuring their uptake in the organisation
  • Knowledge and passion for digital trends
  • Experience in developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high profile cross functional and multinational initiatives
  • Vivid and curious learner
