The position As the new PA to the VP of Training Partnering & Execution, you will work closely together with the VP, management team and other assistants as a key player to achieve the department’s goals. Your main tasks will be:
  • Support the establishment, planning and execution of a yearly wheel within a variety of fields such as monitoring business results, budget processes, team and area meetings, engagement surveys etc.
  • Calendar management and travel arrangements for the VP and management team.
  • Scheduling, planning and follow up on meetings and seminars, including preparation of communication material and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Purchasing of goods and services for the department and management.
  • Providing support for managers in hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with other PAs in related departments, supporting each other and collaborating to deliver the best possible support together. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
  • Experience from a similar supportive role within administration.
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good with IT systems and have flair for developing presentation material. Proficiency within MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and use of other administrative systems.
  • Experience with analysing data and business problems, incl. visualizing solutions, is an advantage.
  • Communicate effortlessly in English - both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
  • As a person you have a service-oriented and structured can-do mindset, taking pride in delivering strong support to your customers and collaborate closely with your colleagues. You thrive working independently, where you assume responsibility for tasks, demonstrating proactivity, structure, and exceptional coordination and prioritization abilities. An avid enthusiasm for process optimization drives ongoing improvements, supported by your profound passion for perpetual learning and personal development. About the department As Personal Assistant you will report to the Vice President (VP) of Training Partnering & Execution and join the VP area’s Leadership Team. In our unit we are delivering Training Consultancy, Project Management, Training Partnering and Training Process Management across Novo Nordisk.
