We seek an outgoing team player, who takes initiative and enjoys fulfilling various tasks – all with the goal of driving communication around the NextGenSAP programme and within our Digital Finance and Architecture department.
Your main responsibilities will be: Content planning Content creation in the shape of videos, Viva Engage posts, newsletters, live streams, team event planning, etc Close collaboration with our Senior Communication Lead and assistance with change communication Practicalities Internship period: 6 months Working hours: 18-37 hours per week with flexibility around your class schedule and exams Location: Bagsværd Start date: 15 October The internship is remunerated if your educational track allows for it Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams.

You are a Student who is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a university in Denmark or abroad within the relevant fields such as Communication, Journalism, or the like. As a person, you are structured, work well under pressure, and pay attention to detail. For you, no task is too little, and it is important that you can communicate clearly and precisely with people at all levels of the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you need: Strong communication and savvy writing skills Fluency in both oral and written English Experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Fast learning and independent workload management skills Great video creation skills We are looking for a student with a can-do attitude, strong communication and writing skills with the ability to understand and navigate in a complex business environment. About the department
Digital Finance and Architecture is anchored in Finance and Compliance. We are responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and driving digital transformation. You will join a young, ambitious team and will work in collaboration with colleagues from Finance, IT, and Business – all within the NextGenSAP programme.
NextGenSAP: Over the coming years, we will upgrade our current ERP platform called SAP ECC to the most modern SAP ERP solution: S/4HANA. NextGenSAP will introduce S/4HANA at Novo Nordisk, which provides the organisation with a robust, flexible, and future-proof digital backbone that supports our strategy and brings us into the future.
