If so, join us as our new Intern in DDS (Devices and Delivery Solutions) Sourcing & Alliance Management area at Novo Nordisk to together improve the lives of millions of patients that we are serving every day. The position You will be based in our Sourcing & Alliance Management area in DDS, and you will be involved in a broad variety of activities related to Projects, Operational processes, and administrative tasks. We work with external partnerships scoped for devices and delivery solutions including Software as Medical Devices (SaMD) and we prepare agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents, that are securing Novo Nordisk value adding and trusting alliances and partnerships. Your role will be to support these activities. Practicalities: Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of a 6-month extension) Start date: September 1 or as agreed Location: Hillerød, Denmark Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. The working hours are flexible from a minimum of 18 to a maximum of 37 hours a week enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at your university, project work, or writing your Bachelor/Master’s thesis. Qualifications You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s Student in Law, Business Administration & Commercial Law, International Business, or similar. Structured mindset with a positive approach to different kinds of assignments (including routine work) and keen on new challenges. A keen team player with a professional attitude and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization Experienced user of MS Office365 (Nice to have: SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, or similar tools) Proficiency in both written and spoken English You treat any kind of task with responsibility. Whether administrative or more complex in nature, your tendency is to say yes to any kind of challenge with open mindset, patience, as well as attention to detail. About the department Based in Hillerød, DDS Sourcing & Alliance Management is a part of DDS Strategic Development. The Strategic Development Area is responsible for strategy development and execution across the DDS SVP area with around 400 employees. We drive strategy development and strategy execution through strategic resource allocation, portfolio management, communication and external scouting, sourcing, and alliance management. Sourcing & Alliance Management has two main areas of responsibility. Firstly, the unit is responsible for search and evaluation of innovative external partnerships scoped for devices and delivery solutions including Software as Medical Devices (SaMD). Secondly, the unit is responsible for the management, the processes and the structures securing value adding and trusting alliances and partnerships.
