The Position The position as GMP supporter is extremely varied. You will collaborate with operators, supporters, QA and other departments to implement the improvements and new initiatives. The collaboration takes place in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have a great opportunity to influence your daily work through teamwork and independent work. The tasks include: • Work with deviations, make Systematic Problem Solving and find solutions to newly discovered challenges.
• Handling and documentation of processes through SOPs, other critical documentation, and training material.
• Analyse data to come up with ideas for improvements, and implementation of the ideas.
• Participate in relevant development projects in relation to your professional profile.

Qualifications To be considered for this position you have:
• An academic degree in natural science preferably as a pharmacist, cand.scientist, biochemist, engineer or similar.
• Experience within GMP regulated production.
• Experience with data analysis and desire to develop procedures and processes.
• Interest in being our new "Hercule Poirot" • Danish proficiency is a requirement You feel comfortable taking the lead and like to take the initiative to solve challenges, both in relation to our stakeholders that you support, but also in relation to how we can do better collectively. As a person, you are good at creating relationships and communicate at all levels in the organization. You always meet the deadlines, and at the same time, ensuring that our quality is never compromised. This also means that you can follow procedures and adhere to standards. About the Department We are a team of 14 committed supporters in Warehouse Support, who support Warehouse and Material Handling at the Novo Nordisk launch Site in Hillerød. The team has several years of experience in Novo Nordisk, with a great variety of educational backgrounds, but what everyone in the team has in common is that we play well with each other, with a relaxed atmosphere in the office. In Warehouse Support, we work with tasks of high complexity – e.g. KATA, process optimisations, support, projects and ensuring compliance with authority requirements as well as ensuring the validated condition of our production equipment. Our area is involved directly and indirectly with all other departments as our area is the focal point for the entire production in IFP Hillerød.
