The position As Facility Strategy Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring that facility and buildings are well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of a rapidly expanding organization with numerous and diverse demands and ideas. Some of your focus includes:
  • Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to define and execute the strategy for buildings and facility in DMD
  • Engaging in medium- and long-term planning of existing buildings and facilities
  • Identifying upcoming requirements for new buildings and major changes to existing structures
  • Assuming the role of a project manager for specific project related tasks
  • Keeping procedures and systems related to facility management up-to-date while ensuring compliance

  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Possess an academic degree in engineering or a related field
  • Showcase a demonstrated track record in a comparable role or in project management
  • Exhibit innate facilitator skills, adept at consolidating diverse inputs into a cohesive strategy
  • Display proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish
  • It will be considered an advantage if you have experience in navigating systems and requirements in a regulated environment. As a person, you are outgoing and enjoy communicating with others. You thrive in working in a dynamic environment and are able to maintain focus and overview. You know how to work independently and make decisions up to your area of responsibility whenever it’s needed.     About the department
    DMD acts as the bridge between Device Development and Production, in charge of the development of device variations and managing activities related to device manufacturing and commercialisation. Your role will be based in Pilot Operations Process Support, which is part of Pilot Operations, where approximately 80 colleagues work on clinical trials and test production of future and existing devices. You will join forces with 22 dedicated colleagues, including two Facility Responsible team members who ensure maintenance and manage tasks and projects related to this area.
