As QA Manager, you will be responsible for a newly established team of QA Professionals. The team will grow to 8-10 people within the next year and the QA Manager will be the one responsible of ramping the team up with the right profiles. The team will provide QA support in establishing new assembly and packaging lines worldwide including Finished Products (FP) facilities, IT/OT and Intralogistics, across the SVP Areas. The team will be involved from the early definition of requirements and right to the final qualifying tests using science and risk-based validation principles.
The key responsibilities include: Guide, coach, and lead your employees in the team Set the direction for the team and mentor members for individual growth Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements and regulatory requirements Be an integrated part of creating, developing, and challenging the overall project plan to ensure efficient and transparent systems, structures, and processes Align with other areas involved within FP Expansions to insure clear interface and roles resulting in effective QA support In this position, you will be working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating with the global sites (USA, France China, Brasil and Europe locations) and their QA Managers, DMD (Device Manufacturing Development), and Filled finished Organisation; therefore, some international travel will be required.
Qualifications
As QA Manager, you need to have great communication skills and experience building relations with stakeholders cross functionally and globally. To be successful in this position, you: Hold a masters’ degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar Are an experienced and talented leader with some years of experience Have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in either QA or assembly & packaging Have experience in understanding of GMP, validation requirements Are fluent in English, both written and spoken On a personal level, you enjoy working closely with your team, coaching, and motivating colleagues to deliver results in a timely manner. You see yourself as a driven and problem-solving individual with an outlook to explore opportunities and possibilities. About the department
The team belongs in the newly established department FFEx FP QA. The new department is working to increase the assembly and packaging production capacity across the Novo Nordisk network to ensure we continue to deliver high quality products for our patients, also in the future. Our department has a global responsibility for quality assurance and compliance of the new lines and new FP facilities. We ensure a high level of quality and compliance with GMP in close cooperation with our stakeholders. We have an international collaboration with QA for the new facilities.
