The Department The CVP area Delivery Solutions Innovation (DSI) is part of Devices & Delivery Solutions and is located in Hillerød. Our area consists of five departments with very diverse functions, and the new Administrative Assistant will support all departments across the area. The position itself will reside in ‘Innovation Project Management & Partnerships’ with reference to Senior Director Martin Ebro. The position As Administrative Assistant you will be part of the administrative team responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up on a wide range of tasks and processes across DSI. We are offering a position where no two days are the same and we need you to make sure that ends meet. Examples of tasks in the position:
  • support managers, team leaders, and employees with a variety of essential administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the business
  • schedule and coordinate various department and team meetings, events and ad hoc gatherings
  • support managers with budgeting, monthly follow-up, planning of AB/RE/LE, handling of invoices, accruals and repostings
  • plan and prepare onboarding for new employees
  • ensure inspection readiness of VP area department documentation
  • perform procurement and support with contracting
  • IT systems end user support and guidance
  • coordinate facility maintenance
  • deliver on tasks and activities according to HR, Line of Business and Finance Annual Wheels
  • participate in cross-functional tasks in the area
  • You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand and based on your competencies and experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues in the administrative community across the area and support other activities.

While experience from a similar job in Novo Nordisk is an advantage, as is knowledge of Novo Nordisk IT systems, we also welcome external candidates with +2 years of experience from a similar position.
