The position As our new Service Coordinator you will take on the responsibility of in-house services across our facilities in all of Denmark. In collaboration with your colleagues and our suppliers, you will ensure that our offices are always serviced, equipped and in great condition for our employees. Your main tasks will be:
  • Efficiently and cost-effectively manage and develop contract portfolios within e.g. office consumables, coffee/fruit, plants etc.
  • Evaluate service levels with regular quality controls and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a successful data management structure. Utilize data to optimize and drive services.
  • Monitor and control costs related to suppliers, sub-contractors, and contracts, contributing to budget control and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Furthermore, you will be managing projects related to changes in our office needs based on e.g. office closures, refurbishments, opening new buildings etc. In this position you will have the opportunity to influence the development and improvement in many areas, such as sustainability, data analysis, project management. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar administrative roles.
  • Experienced user of Excel with a flair for numbers. Understanding of budget processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent people and communication skills with experience in influential communication with a great variety of stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Danish.
  • As a person you are optimistic and enjoy contributing to a positive and fun work environment. You have a structured approach to your tasks with the ability to maintain an organized overview while managing multiple tasks effectively. You are collaborative and a team player, and your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills help you build strong relationships with both our suppliers and internal stakeholders. About the department The Facility Services department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for all soft services within facility management, such as Catering, Cleaning, Inhouse services and Post and Packages.
