The position
As our Student Assistant, you will support our work of building a strong future organisation ready to meet production demands. You will, as an example, help us identify the factors that correlate with stress numbers and have a key role in a newly initiated project that aims to increase engagement in the factories. Your responsibilities will be included, but not limited to:
  • Supporting analysis, correlation, and visualization of HR data such as stress numbers, turnover, and workforce planning as part of the preparation for important decisions at the site management level
  • Maintaining and improving the platform performance for launching our engagement surveys and making sure that the survey process works smoothly, and reports are accessible to our leaders monthly
  • Improving our data collection processes (ex: transitioning data entry from Excel to Google Forms)
  • Creating ad-hoc data analysis according to the different business needs
  • The key is to illustrate complex data in simple language so that everyone in the organisation can understand it clearly. The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organisation.
    Qualifications
    You are a Student who is studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on data management or data analysis and have an interest in Human Resources.
    To succeed in this role, you need:
  • Proactiveness and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Experience in creating value by simply showing the data
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity working with Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Preferably, you have experience with Google Forms, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
    As a person, you are passionate about working with data from various sources, and eager to understand the data you will be working with. Additionally, we expect you to be able to communicate with people from different educational backgrounds. Furthermore, you are professional, self-engaged, have a keen eye for details, and be able to see potential flaws while keeping deadlines. About the department
    You will be part of the BRD People and Organization team providing HR support to our manufacturing facilities. The main responsibilities of the team are to support the line of business with stable HR processes and to be one step ahead in making the BRD organisation fit for change and growth while maintaining an engaged and healthy workforce.
