This is the role and main tasks
As a Learning Administrator, you will play a key role in providing training and certification to Stibo Systems customers, partners and employees and managing our broad range of courses and exams together with your colleague based in Atlanta.

We are responsible for all enablement related to selling and implementing our products and offer instructor led as well as self-paced online training and certification for our customers, partners, and colleagues.

This is the role and main tasks
As a Learning Administrator, you will play a key role in providing training and certification to Stibo Systems customers, partners and employees and managing our broad range of courses and exams together with your colleague based in Atlanta.
More specifically, you will:
- Manage schedule for instructor-led classes and all aspects of class logistics
- Set up and maintain self-paced online course content in our digital learning platform
- Maintain information on training offerings on our company website and internal Sharepoint site
- Handle enquiries about training and guide Customers, Partners and Stibo Systems employees in their selection of training
- Process registrations for courses and exams

- Ideally have experience from coordinating and administrating training or other types of events
- Are a strong planner and executor with a structured, process and detail oriented approach to your tasks
- You have a positive attitude and manage to keep calm and professional when met with demands from many different stakeholders simultaneously
- Are a strong communicator and fluent in English
- Are a fast learner of IT tools – if you happen to have experience of Fuse, Ease and Sharepoint, it is a plus
