As part of the Business Support team you will daily support the entire Insulin Manufacturing II (IM2), where your primary tasks will be technical purchases for skilled workers and laboratory technicians. Additionally, you will be handling service level agreements, invoice control, sourcing events and eventually be a super user in our purchasing system, Coupa. Vi offer training for the right candidate if the drive and the motivation of becoming fully familiar with the systems are demonstrated.
Together with the purchasing team you will be responsible for purchasing, creating purchase orders, service level agreements, retrieving offers from vendors in and outside of Denmark, keeping track of our financial commitments and ad hoc tasks that requires solid communication skills. You will be working across the organization and communicate with skilled workers, operators, laboratory technicians, chemists, managers etc. Qualifications
• You have experience working with IT systems and MS Office and you have a passion for working with technical purchasing. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• You are structured with a solid sense of order
• You are fluent in Danish and English
• It is an advantage if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• You have an education within office, purchasing, technician or craftsman, or other relevant background
