The position In OFP, LEAN is more than just a set of tools, it is a culture and a mindset that are continuously developed in our organization. As our new LEAN partner, you will be part of a team of 10 problem solvers who can drive continuous improvement by telling, teaching, and coaching our leaders and employees on the shop floor. You will be a key player for our LEAN development, including the LEAN strategy and together with your team, you will drive the LEAN agenda across OFP. Your focus will be to improve the LEAN toolbox, project management and take ownership in deploying the site strategy. Your day will consist of:
• Embodying and catalysing a culture of scientific thinking, continuous improvement, and LEAN project management behaviours
• Driving and supporting the site strategy
• Identifying focus areas for process improvements and driving and supporting execution
• Facilitating and sharing best practices across OFP and Novo Nordisk
• Using data to drive a change and to prioritize the next optimization project Moreover, you will be driving relevant optimization projects, focused on shopfloor coaching at all organisational levels and educate our managers in our LEAN standards such as performance boards, systematic problem solving and process confirmation. You will also be part of a very ambitious LEAN culture and colleagues who strive to exceed expectations and best practice.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in engaging and proactively advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization, have strong coaching skills and is good at giving feedback. You are a great inspirator and good at motivating people for a change, also by using strong strategic and analytical skills, and through to persistent by approach and a “can-do-attitude”. To be successful in this role, you:
• hold a master’s degree with a scientific focus
• have proven LEAN knowledge with strong toolbox
• preferably bring experience from working on the shopfloor
• could have previous management experience that would be seen as an advantage
• are fluent in English and can communicate orally in Danish Besides, we value your experience in teaching LEAN Principles, Systems and tools and LEAN Leadership Behaviours to all levels in the organization and bring practical experience in analysing data and trends. On a personal level, you are a team player, but are not scared of working on your own when you coach and challenge leaders or collecting data in the production. You have experience with implementing optimization projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers to realise the business targets. About the department
OFP is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In OFP we are more than 1200 dedicated employees in Maaloev and the area is still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems and processes etc. In your daily job you will support OFP and play a key role in the LEAN team that consists of 10 dedicated employees. The team is working hard every day to develop and optimise our LEAN tools and standards as well of the productivity across the site.
