In Ocean Products, you will be at the heart of the day-to-day business operations and play a vital part in our success by providing timely administrative support to our executives and teams.

Key responsibilities
• Calendar management for the executives – ensuring focus on priorities and preparation to deliver intended outcomes.
• Travel planning, booking and visas for the executives
• Booking venues for team meetings and workshops
• Planning and executing social events and gatherings for the team
• On-boarding and off-boarding of employees
• Expense reporting for the executives
• Cost control and approvals on behalf of the executives
• Resolution of day-to-day practical issues and queries
• Be a great team ambassador and the essential link between the manager and the rest of the team, HR, and other key stakeholders.
We are looking for
• Great initiative, able to anticipate and proactively and efficiently address the needs of the executives
• High energy, with a strong sense of urgency and drive for quality outcomes while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere in the team and department
• Excellent organizational skills, able to structure and prioritize the right tasks and juggle many things at once
• Comfortable with changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to adjust and adapt, find new solutions and maintain consistent positive energy and composure
• Service-minded and approachable, adept at listening to, understanding and being able to deliver effectively and efficiently on the needs of others
• Confident and engaged, with a passion for ensuring close collaboration within and across teams and the courage to challenge and improve our ways of working
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and IT-savvy
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Danish proficiency preferred.
