About the position As Administrative Assistant you will become the backbone of our department and get to work with a wide range of different tasks, which may include:
  • Support the management team with everything from people administration, meeting preparation, taking minutes, and follow-up on actions etc.
  • Procurement tasks
  • Event planning for the department
  • Prepare budgets, do monthly follow-ups and handle invoices

Qualifications The right candidate for this position is first of all excited about working in an administrative supportive role and have experience from a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, you have:
    • A flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets
    • Experience with procurement
    • Solid IT skills and easily adapt to new systems
    • Good communication skills
    • You are proficient in both written and spoken in both English and Danish

  • Also, it would be an advantage if you have experience with the following:
    • IT-systems such as SAP, Coupa, Excel, and Sucessfactor

  • As a person you have a can-do attitude and enjoy being the go-to person in the office. Regardless of the tasks you see it as your responsibility to make sure that the office is running smoothly and lastly, you use a structured approach to stay on top of any projects and have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the department You will join the Supply Chain Planning department, which is a part of Clinical Supplies in CMC Development & Scaling. We are responsible for the overall planning of the production, packaging, and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consist of four teams, supporting the execution of clinical trials by forecasting and monitoring product demand, ordering products/materials, planning the packaging and shipping of trial products, and supporting the overall trial conduct at the clinical sites with a focus on trial product related processes and systems.
