The position

You will be working 2-3 days per week and in close collaboration with the Global Project Managers and support them on various tasks in relation to key scientific events that aim to engage Health Care Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in value-adding and impactful scientific dialogue to improve outcomes for patients in various therapy areas. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Engaging Health Care Professionals through contracting and invoicing
  • Updating SharePoint Pages with relevant materials
  • Supporting the Global Project Managers on budgeting tasks

Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented student assistant, who is able to maintain an overview of various tasks. You are passionate about project and stakeholder management, and you bring a can-do attitude, a healthy sense of humor, and a positive mindset to your work.

In addition, you are fluent in both oral and written English and thrive working in an international environment.

About the department

You will join an international, high-performing team with a variety of backgrounds (project management, international business, marketing, and communication). We use our differences to create innovative ideas and high-quality solutions. In Strategic Operations, we drive global medical education activities and engagements for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals.

Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and global stakeholders to ensure pivotal results, which meet the strategic goals of Medical Affairs on a global and local level.
