Global Medical Affairs is dedicated to improving patients' lives by being a leading partner in generating, interpreting, and communicating scientific data with stakeholders. We are responsible for building the scientific foundation for next-generation products across disease areas and maintaining the strong scientific position of products marketed in over 165 countries.
As a member of the GMA team, you will be part of Novo Nordisk's Development organization, a global company employing over 3,500 colleagues across Denmark, India, and the USA.
In this role, you will support senior leaders across the GMA organization in delivering value through digital products, guiding strategic digitalization initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. The Position
As a Digital Product Manager, you will drive the discovery, development, and management of digital products within our organization. Key responsibilities include:
• Working closely with designers and engineers to discover and deliver solutions that are both valuable (effectively solving user problems) and viable (technically feasible and aligning with business goals).
• Conducting market research, identifying trends, and integrating user feedback to drive product enhancements and innovation.
• Working closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Contributing to the overall digital transformation agenda and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications To excel in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
• +2 years of working in a digital product team, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and user-centric design.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of the life sciences/pharma industry is advantageous, but not a requirement. As a person, you are ambitious and flexible, with excellent stakeholder management skills that allow you to build trusting relationships across the organization. You can operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels and navigate differing opinions among senior stakeholders. With a collaborative mindset, you can overcome challenges and simplify complex technical matters. About the department
GMA Digital Transformation is a newly established department in Søborg (Denmark), aiming to move our Global Medical Affairs function towards the forefront of technology innovation, driving the digitalization strategy and expanding our digital capabilities.
You will be working in close collaboration with the team and other cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure we actively identify opportunities for improving our processes through technology innovation, apply design thinking in our solution designs, and ensure our users are at the center of our innovations.
