The position
You will take up the administrative responsibility for a department and will support the Vice President for R&D Quality, Global Safety, Regulatory Affairs and IT Quality, as well as the team. In this role, you will be offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for a broad spectrum of both IT and administrative tasks, including: Support the VP with administrative tasks and digital improvements Administrative support to the R&D Quality area Prepare and control the Line of Business budgets and resource forecasts, follow-up on invoice and expense handling, personnel administration, onboarding of employees, support with course administration Provide general support to the VP such as coordination of meetings and seminars, preparation of agendas and minutes, support to presentation material, communication, travel arrangements, and settling of travel expenses Administer and maintain the area websites and prepare graphical presentations in PowerPoint Taking on this central role is a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth in a global company.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, we imagine that you have: A relevant educational background from an administrative or academic education. Flair for IT, mainly SharePoint, and that you have an interest in new digital solutions and tools. Extensive experience from a similar position. It would be an advantage if you have experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with planning and controlling budgets and a flair for numbers. Good communication skills and you can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written, in English at a business level. As a person, you enjoy being the go-to person, you have a can-do attitude and see it as your responsibility to make sure that the office is running smoothly, regardless of the task. You use your structured approach to stay on top of any projects and have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the area
