The position As Student Assistant in Digital Health Solutions, you will be responsible for various tasks including (but not limited to) the following: Management support: - Department meetings, offsites, as well as preparation of presentations arrangement - Onboarding of employees and external consultants
- Development & maintenance of the Digital Health Solution communication channels
- Participation in small internal improvement projects Project support: - Workshop preparation (including conversion of workshop output into presentations etc.) and booking for meetings.
- Assignments on products in the current portfolio (e.g. Process improvements, testing, UI/UX)
- Travel and expense reporting in appropriate systems Contract Overview: - Archival of contracts, including registration in appropriate systems
- Supplier evaluation and business review support Development and maintenance of the DHS Globeshare site: - Development/Maintenance of the DHS site on internal Novo Nordisk SharePoint sites
- Newsletter and presentation material to communicate about the department.
The position is based in Søborg and you must be able to work 10-15 hours per week, preferably in full days with respect to exam periods. Qualifications The ideal candidate is currently studying within the field of IT, Communication, Business, and/or Engineering with at least two years left till graduation. Fluency in both spoken and written English A critical mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team Preferable skills (nice to have): Project management experience MS Office package UI/UX knowledge To succeed in this role, it is important that you thrive working independently as well as part of a team. About the department Digital Health Solutions (DHS) is responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions to Novo Nordisk’s entry into the Digital Health space which is a prioritized strategic focus area for Novo Nordisk. Digital Health Solutions builds and runs digital therapeutics and health solutions for people living with Diabetes and other serious chronic diseases.
