David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit a part-time Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Part-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customers of a personal care products brand using multiple channels as assigned depending on the need (incoming telephone calls, emails, social media and chat)
  • Identify issues the clients are facing, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
  • Use cheat sheets, guides and protocols provided during the training
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Document each action taken in a CRM system in detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level),
  • Spanish would be an advantage
  • Possession of excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users  
  • Good listening skills and ability to empathize with others
  • Ability to solve issues in a timely manner.
