Account Manager for leading global tech company

We are looking for an “Account Manager”, who will be responsible for the sales and stakeholder management. You will be working with a team who is passionate about ensuring partners are successful in reselling, implementing, and developing business application on cloud technologies, that connects customers’ sales, service, finance, and operational teams to achieve more

Your typical day will be:

• Follow up with key stakeholders (internal and external)
• Gather partner and customer feedback (external)
• Consolidate and communicate partner offerings and ensure they are published
• Help build a channel communication strategy for a specific segment
• Use different communication channels and secure we have the right audience for each channel
• Keep an KPI dashboard up to date and track progress of key projects

What are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years software and IT experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of project management.
• Experience working in a team environment including cross team collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changes quickly.
