Service Service Commercial Management Programme Management
Turbine Product Management are a department which from a product ownership angle optimizes the investments for the installed fleet. We are a cornerstone in the service business and the growth that lies ahead of us.
As our innovative Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with key business stakeholders in monitoring performance of your programs and be contributing to to initiate the needed activities.
The program manager oversees the entire cross-platform initiatives from building the future roadmap, throughout execution and follow up on the return of investment afterwards. A complete end to end perspective.
The program manager can tie the program (as well as individual projects) to the strategy and visualise dependencies between projects in the program.

Responsibilities

  • The program manager measures ROI for the entire program, track budgets, schedules, resource utilisation, risks and risk mitigation plans, issues, and delivery to plan
  • Close corporation with the PMO and the commercial portfolio manager in relation to yearly cycle, Governance, Systems, Processes and Reporting etc.
  • Handover from commercial to execution
  • Supporting the platform managers & product managers developing and maturing business cases
  • The program managers are the coordinating factor around the projects within the respective programs
  • Reporting on the program's budget, time, scope, deliveries and risks upwards
  • Provide guidance to teams and project managers and oversee the progress of operations
  • Drive initiatives align on priorities and deliver a comprehensive program plan including milestones that has clear, achievable, and measurable benefits
  • Define best practices and streamline processes across the organisation with the aim of optimising the speed and quality from idea to product

Qualifications

  • Diploma or master’s degree in relevant area i.e. Engineering, Business etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience working with project management or portfolio management
  • If you come with service knowledge and a good understanding of the commercial value set of the service business where balancing of product quality, lifetime and customer needs are always vital it will be highly valued

Competencies

  • Great communication, collaboration, out of box thinking skills and solution-oriented attitude are highly required
  • You are self-motivated, customer oriented, enthusiastic and have a pragmatic approach to new tasks. You are result oriented with a focus on the task and are meet your deadlines with the right quality.
  • You have a natural flair for portfolio management, and you thrive with varied tasks and assignments. It´s important that you have overall project management knowledge to support you when collaborating with the project teams.
  • Able to take delegate ownership & responsibility and secure execution of the programs assigned
  • Certainty and capability of working with tools and systems like (SAP, Microsoft etc.)

Travel required when needed (domestic & international)
