In this newly established role, you will play a central role in the continued transformation of the Pandora brand. You will work with the Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning and apply your management consulting toolbox to drive the key strategic projects that sit at the top of the CMO agenda.
Some of your key accountabilities will be to:
• Manage key strategic projects on the Chief Marketing Officer’s agenda (some of our current projects are a 5-year Product Strategy and Brand/Product growth-case in key market).
• Pro-actively support the continued development of the Global Marketing organisation via ideation and scoping of new strategic initiatives, and challenging of status quo
• Support CMO leadership team in monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform key decision making
• PMO- Project management office & stakeholder alignment
You should expect to travel maximum 10 days a year to support our global organisation.

Your working style is challenge-seeking and result-oriented and you are proven to be ambitious as well as eager to learn and develop. Adding to that, we imagine that you have solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation.
Your field of study is not paramount, but we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
• Minimum 2 years of experience that has helped build a strong Management Consulting toolbox
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills combined with initiative and leadership
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with marketing related projects is considered a clear plus, but is not a must
• Fluent in both written and verbal English, other languages are considered a bonus
Your new team
You will be part of an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. Most of your work will be cross functional and you will work with both the CMO leadership team, Product Design teams, Merchandising teams and others.
