Responsible for the delivery of all HR processes in Global Office - Pandora’s CPH based Head Quarter
As HR Manager, you will deliver, monitor and optimise all our HR processes and policies as part of our People and Sustainability strategy. You will work in close collaboration with our expertise, shared services and HR partners. You will play a key role in our newly established employee engagement group - Pandora Voices. The groups will set additional focus on our Health & Wellbeing strategy. You will play a key role in developing solutions to improve the employee journey and our working environment together with the group. You will also steer our facilities team on creating and maintaining a collaborative and safe physical environment aligned to our new values - We Care, We Dare, We Dream, We Delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead a team of 3 HR generalists.
  • Structure and deliver the annual people wheel for all Global Office employees in Denmark;
  • Lead and deliver on all HR support administration from onboarding to offboarding – performance management, talent, reward, mobility - In a nut shell, the whole employee life cycle;
  • Identify opportunities to optimise HR processes using technology or process reengineering;
  • Develop communication and trainings on HR processes as needed
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory and legislation requirements
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of annual HR plan in the Global Office



Your new team

The HR team in the Global Office is a newly established team working in collaboration with 5 expertise leads:

  • Talent
  • Performance & Reward (including Payroll)
  • Talent Acquisition
  • People Technology (including privacy)
  • Communication & Sustainability

In addition to leading your 3 direct reports and steering the Facilities team (9 HC), you will work closely with the global HR Business Partners in Global Office.

Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative work style
We are looking for a professional with structured stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organisation. Furthermore, you have a pragmatic, hand’s on approach and enjoys being at the centre of what is happening and implementing creative solutions.

With a forthcoming and friendly personality, you will have:

  • Proven track record of delivery of HR processes;
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, both Danish and international;
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors or other HCM/HRIS systems
  • A degree within Business Administration, HRM, Communications or equivalent experience
  • People Management experience is a bonus
