About the department
Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) is responsible for formulation, filling, inspection, assembly and packaging of insulin and GLP-1 products with production sites in China, Brazil, USA, France and Denmark.
The DFP IT & Digital Transformation department is part of DFP business support delivering support to the global network and the head of DFP. The department is known for striving for excellence, openness towards innovation and focus on stakeholder relations. Collaboration is a key for our success meaning that we are successful when the sites are successful.
The department is responsible for driving several digital transformation initiatives that consists of many projects that are both being executed globally and at our local production sites. Accordingly, the results delivered will have a visible impact on the way we work in DFP.
The position
Your primary responsibility will be to drive and manage one of the digital transformation portfolios within DFP through implementation of relevant IT solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate business processes. You will drive a digital network community with participation from all the production sites and create transparency on business opportunities and facilitate discussions and decisions across the network.
A main part of this responsibility is also facilitating and driving various workshops across the productions sites to simplify and harmonious our processes to ensure value creation and fast execution of the relevant IT solutions.
The position requires strong stakeholder management skills manoeuvring on several layers of the organisation, connecting the central IT functions and the local production sites while being able to present a clear strategy and overview to the management.
Qualifications
You hold a Master degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant subject, and has shown excellent results and performance in your current job. You work easily with IT applications such as Excel and PowerPoint and see challenges such as technical troubles or knowledge limitations as an opportunity to learn more. Perhaps you know tools such as RPA, RDA, BPM or OCR.
You have solid language skills in English and strong communication skills written and verbally. You are outgoing, structured and see yourself as an executer who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality in your deliverables. You enjoy building new solutions for your customers and you take a pride in helping your colleagues across various functions in a global oriented business. You deliver solutions when they are needed and enjoy working in an informal atmosphere where flexibility and responsibility goes hand in hand.
We will be relying on your analytical skills to understand a complex business setup, facilitate strategy development and to set bold targets for our business as well as for an even stronger LEAN culture. As digitalization and data analysis are both identified as important business drivers, prior experience with any or both is considered an advantage.
