In this role, you will become part of our Business Support unit in Bagsværd, Denmark, where we connect the dots by acting as a business partner to management while collaborating with Global IT and our production sites to realise our business goals and secure product delivery to our patients.
About the department
Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) is part of Product Supply. Our 7 sites in 5 countries globally formulate, fill, assemble and pack the entire portfolio of diabetes products. Management, central staff functions and Manufacturing Development are situated in Denmark. Together we work on globally driving and developing our business and production processes, where digitalisation is playing an increasingly important role.
The position
Working as a Project Manager in the Business Support, you will gain solid functional knowledge of our manufacturing sites and associated processes. You will drive various IT strategic initiatives and projects across the DFP sites; primarily owning the responsibility to interface DFP with the rest of Novo Nordisk, like Global IT and other Product Supply functions. In addition, you will also act as an IT Compliance Partner to the sites. In this role, you will provide guidance on interpretation and implementation of Novo Nordisk IT processes to the sites, in collaboration with other IT quality organisations at Novo Nordisk.
You will also drive simplification initiatives through the IT RUN Process Group as Process Group Responsible, ensuring that IT compliance is efficiently applied in DFP. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuously improving GIA IT audit readiness at the DFP sites.
The ability to successfully interact with different stakeholders - spanning from management to IT professionals - is key. The job also involves a high degree of complexity and being able to balance different activities simultaneously.
Qualifications
You hold a Master in IT, Engineering or similar; alternatively, an equivalent obtained via practical experience. Additionally, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within system management, IT quality and compliance, and you can communicate fluently in English. You have an advantage if you have worked on projects or initiatives in pharmaceutical manufacturing IT.
Further, you have strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build relations both at the shop floor, with our IT departments at the production facilities as well as with senior management. Beyond, you are comfortable challenging and advising senior stakeholders and you can influence decision-making at all organisational levels.
Finally, we expect you to be able to work in a structured, independent and proactive way.
