Do you want to use your solid financial insights to become a trusted partner to the business? And are you keen on driving the on-going development of financial and operational controlling at SILVAN? Then you might be our new Head of Controlling.
As Head of Controlling, you will lead and manage all controlling activities by working closely with your team. As a trusted partner, you will support the organization with the development and improvement of financial tools and KPIs. You also run the risk management and you are responsible for building up our future reporting structure.
In the role as Head of Controlling, your main tasks will be:
- Run the budgeting process
- Lead the controlling team
- Improve internal processes
- Ensure accurate analysis, business performance and forecast information
- Report according to SILVAN’s guidelines
- Be responsible for the implementation of the economic analysis and preparation of KPIs to support our growth plans
- Solve problems and propose solutions for the management
Key to succeeding in the role you need to combine strong analytical competences with a solid understanding of the business. You will collaborate with many different people from across the organization and it is therefore crucial that you are open-minded, have good communication skills and are able to understand and work across the various departments. It is also important that you are consistent and persistent. Preferable you have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar or a finance partner role.
