Support management in a wide range of tasks
Reporting to the VP for IT Operations & Services, you will ensure the daily planning and coordination and support him in a wide range of administrative tasks:
You will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene.
Service-minded personality with the ability to prioritise
You have developed your professional attitude and experience in handling sensitive information in a similar position as PA or EA in a large global organisation. You are a highly structured person focused on always meeting deadlines and you are able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. At the same time, you ensure high quality in your deliveries through your detail oriented and analytical approach. You thrive in an ever-changing organisation and find it natural to take ownership and make decisions. In addition, you are proficient in both written and spoken English and possess strong skills in Office365 including Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.

Support management in a wide range of tasks

- prepare and carry out calendar and meeting planning
- handle incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the VP for IT Operations & Services
- plan and facilitate the IT Operations & Services management meetings, write MoM and follow up on action points
- manage the annual plan for IT Operations & Services and structure all recurring activities
- keep an eye on and follow up on deadlines for various tasks
- coordinate communication across IT Operations & Services
- various administrative duties in support of the daily day-to-day operations
You will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene.
