We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of marketing and communications to lead our international team of highly skilled communication professionals in the Nordic and Baltic countries. In addition to your Nordic responsibility, you will also be responsible for in-country communications in your local country. As the manager of a Nordic team, you will plan and execute all communications and marketing activities in the Nordic and Baltic countries together with your team. You will get to work on topics like internal communications, media relations, crisis communications, governmental affairs, and digital marketing. Knowing how to prioritize your tasks is crucial, and you will need to have both a strategic and operational focus. You will be part of the Nordic and Baltic management team.

Your responsibilities include:
- Be an inspiring and creative manager for a team of six marketing and communications specialists located in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland
- Develop and implement the marcom strategy for the Nordic and Baltic countries
- Position Siemens Healthineers as a thought leader in the MedTech industry in the Nordic and Baltic countries
- Carry out media relations/PR in your local country and support communication colleagues in other Nordic countries
- Act as management consultant in the Nordic and Baltic countries on marketing and communications topics
- Writing, editing, and creating content for internal and external channels in English and preferably a Scandinavian language
- Project management and implementation of global campaigns in the Nordic and Baltic markets
- Be a part of the Nordic and Baltic management group and the local management team
- Support business areas in reaching their wanted audiences with targeted marketing
- Be the main contact point for the global marketing and communications colleagues at the Siemens Healthineers HQ in Germany.
Required knowledge/skills, education and experience
- Graduate degree in Communications/Media/Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record from similar role within marketing and communications
- Managerial experience with personnel responsibility is desired but not a prerequisite
- Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team-player in highly diverse teams
- Broad understanding of society, political processes, and public affairs
- Experience from an international organization/matrixed organization would be an advantage, but not a requirement
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in one Scandinavian language and English
- Able to effectively use online communication channels to drive digital marketing efforts
