Come and join our global team as Head of Business Management (m/f/n) Nordic and Baltic Countries Point of Care Diagnostics to lead the POC Sales / Marketing team and drive profitable growth in the POC business of this region.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You lead a team of product specialists / application specialists and Sales professionals, and you are responsible for the Marketing and Sales strategy as well as the annual business planning for your area of responsibility in collaboration with the Country Business Leads for Diagnostics.
- You make strategic decisions about the Go-to-Market approach and manage the business partners for our indirect business channel.
- You are continuously monitoring the market and competition and develop respective marketing and sales concepts and you execute the specifics Sales activities to drive profitable growth.
- You support regional relevant Sales and Service activities and initiatives in collaboration with the respective Country Business Leads for Diagnostics as well as the Country Service Managers.
- You are responsible for the alignment and communication with the EMEA and Global HQ Business Line responsibles for POC.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a 2nd degree education (university) in one or several of the areas: medical technology/engineering, business management or a comparable area.
- You have serveral years of professional experience in the area of healthcare management and preferrably in the area of Point of Care Diagnostics in the Nordic and Baltic countries (or a comparable other European market).
- You have solid business finance accumen and experience in managing a P&L incl. profit drivers.
- You have a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment of the medical device industry in Europe.
- You have multiple-years of experience in leading teams also in a cross-border setting.
- You lead by inspiring the teams and you drive the business with your assertive and decisive leadership style; you take initiative and work hands-on with the clear focus in mind and a strong customer centricity.
Your profile and your skills:
- You communicate confidently in English (verbally and written) and preferrably in one other Nordic language (conversational skills).
- You have advanced and proven knowledge of MS Office and CRM-tools.
- You are available to travel for business up to 40% of your time.
- You display a very structural way of working and a very high degree of self-drive and initiative.
- Your strategical thinking and assertiveness as well as the customer orientation deliver the growth for Siemens Healtineers in POC in the Nordic and Baltic geography.
