About the department
You will join the business area Training & Capability Building which is a part of Global P&O. Within the area you will become a part of a newly established department that delivers training, business partnering and supports successful and compliant execution of training in healthcare regulated processes across Novo Nordisk.

Some of your closest colleagues will be four highly experienced and competent SVP Training Partners and the leaders within the department. Also, you will be working in close collaboration with the department’s team of training professionals and project managers.

The job
Your core responsibility will be to offer the business area Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (DAPI) a truly value-adding partnership. In close collaboration with management and stakeholders on all levels you pro-actively drive training and capability building to the next level.

A key part of your role is to ensure that training is a significant contributor to achieve concrete business targets and aspirations in DAPI. You keep the direction clear, simple and continuously aligned with management and process owner delegates. You also act as a representative of Training & Capability Building and make sure that proven best practices and standards – including new technology and digital solutions - are offered and implemented across DAPI.

To truly understand what adds value and makes a difference for your stakeholders, you spend most of your time on shop floor and with colleagues from line of business. You take part in driving development and design of cutting-edge training solutions and programmes, satisfying and simple to end-users and stakeholders. You perform and facilitate training-need analyses, business cases and training maturity assessments. You make sure that Train-The-Trainer programmes and training/coaching of trainers is offered timely and according to needs. Also, you oversee training delivery and promote an evaluation culture to improve training offerings and learning solutions.

Finally, you provide analytic support, tools and expert advice to ensure development and delivery of effective and simple learning activities across healthcare regulated processes in DAPI. You speak with data and seek fact-based discussions, while you naturally engage and include a wide range of stakeholders. You will also be a part of the corporate training process group in Novo Nordisk. Consequently, an important part of your job will be to provide all relevant stakeholders in DAPI with timely and clear guidance on current healthcare regulations within training and take part in the overall responsibility of ensuring compliance with cGxP requirements.

Qualifications
As a minimum you hold a Master’s degree within Organizational Development, Psychology, Adult Education or similar. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with developing and implementing competence development programs in international, and preferably also regulated, organisations. You have continuously supplemented your academic degree with training in other relevant areas such as Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigma and/or cGxP. Experience with a range of digital learning technologies and behavioural design is a big advantage.
