Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for HOW to use CRM tools in particular marketing automation to drive online sales and build strong customer relationships, reducing the cost of sale and service.
Other key areas of responsibilities:
• Expertise in marketing automation and CRM – beyond email
• Understand when to use paid v owned media and how to use data to trigger action to support conversion
• Effectively monitor performance and impact on overall business performance and make fast changes to deliver business goals – drive a short feedback loop based on results and take action
• Collaborate, guide and manage internal stakeholders and external vendors to effectively deliver marketing activation
• Effectively use CRM and other tools to know when, where and how to connect with the customer to deliver a personalized experience
• Expert understanding of value of different owned channels to engage customers in different geographies including ensuring all content is relevant (translations and transcreation)
• Understand when to use paid v owned media
• Assess impact on content on other channels and optimize accordingly
We are looking for
The ideal candidate is an expert in campaign planning to drive transformation through marketing as well as in media planning delivering commercial success.
Furthermore you:
• Have strong stakeholder management, influence without authority and conflict resolution
• Are data driven
• Have a customer mindset
• Have experience with budget management
• Are resilient, with the ability to persist and adapt despite challenges
You are an ambitious, goal-oriented problem solver. You take ownership of your assignments and independently achieve results.
Furthermore, you thrive with a detail-oriented job in a demanding environment, where high quality as well as the ability to meet deadlines are in focus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is a prerequisite as well as good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Danish is not a requirement.
