Placed in Copenhagen and reporting to the Head of Corporate Sustainability, you will be part of a small central sustainability team with broad outreach across the global organisation.

There is strong momentum on the sustainability and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) agenda in society, and we aim to ensure that our leadership ambitions and performance on ESG are recognized and valued by capital markets, customers, regulators, thought leaders, and other key stakeholders.
We are therefore creating a new role of ESG manager, where you will particularly be responsible for:
• High-quality external reporting on ESG to prioritised frameworks
• Developing and expanding ESG reporting as part of our Annual and Sustainability Reports (incl. SASB and TCFD)
• Reviewing and developing ESG and sustainability data and indicators in collaboration with Accounting and functional issue owners
• Supporting integration of ESG into governance and decision-making processes
• Supporting investor and capital market engagement on ESG
The ideal candidate is a business-oriented ESG/sustainability professional with a Master’s degree in a relevant field (business/finance/sustainability), and ideally min. 3 years’ experience in a corporate, investor, or consulting setting.
It will be an advantage to have hands-on experience with sustainability/ESG reporting.
On a personal level, you have a strong drive, an analytical approach and good coordination skills, with the ability to keep oversight as well as track of details.
You are able to clearly communicate your results and build strong relationships with stakeholders across a global organisation, and not least you are a team player with a sense of humour.
Your written and spoken English is impeccable. Knowledge of Danish and/or additional languages would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
