The role is responsible for analyzing the current state combined with the product plans and ambitions for the future to determine ways to increase our profitability, enabling us to reach our long-term business goals and strategy Responsible

  • Drive areas for improvement on lowering cost to serve and increased quality levels at global level
  • Engage with the Customer Experience function to drive service quality and cost to serve on behalf of the Lead Logistics Product Family
  • Drive local initiatives to improve efficiencies, productivity and operational excellence
  • Set up structure to Identify and promote best practice in close cooperation with Global Customer Experience Team
  • Drive alignment with our Customer Experience department across the strategy roadmaps and priorities
  • Be the point of contact to other function within Lead Logistics for driving initiatives linked to cost control and efficiency
  • Own and drive idea generation and delivery of continuous improvement opportunities
  • Drive productivity increase across Lead Logistics products
  • Support Customer Experience in driving Standardization and automation across the LL products
  • Provide and drive visibility towards the required resources needed to manage products / capabilities in the product roadmap and prepare the organization to have these skills available in time
  • Drive cost control in Lead Logistics:
    • Ensure accurate and timely cost reporting
    • Develop recommendations and implement changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity
    • Standardize and align processes.

  • Drive quality adherence of consolidation procurement activities
  • Drive Productivity through process optimization & tech development
  • Standardizing and automating process needs of LL

  • Scope expansion associated initiatives in the product family
