Key Responsibilities in the Global Control Tower for our client
- Ensuring a healthy relationship with our customers global operations center
- Participating and driving monthly operational data quality reviews with customer
- Take part in root cause analysis and thereby strive to improve performance
- Controlling regional operational data quality and system/ IT performance
- Strong internal cooperation with the global account team
- Delivering visibility on data quality on agreed measures for a stable EDI in- and outbound flow
- Act as ‘Operational Excellence’ ambassadors and facilitate and encourage best practice between regions and execution countries, on IT/EDI related task.
We are looking for
- Strong system, excel and IT understanding
- Flair for excel & IT/EDI solutions (solving IT puzzles)
- Matured communication and presentation skills
- Desire and ambition to do great and constantly develop
- Strong ability to maneuver in complex situations and translating it to simple and specific actions
