The New Supply Chain Platform (NSCP) forms the technological backbone to the supply chain management (SCM) services and products Maersk offers to their customers.

The NSCP Transformation team facilitates the migration of Lead Logistics customers from existing platforms to the NSCP and related products. We lead the change management that comes with it, enable other teams to help the migration and project manage the transition of the Top 40 SCM customers.

As Implementation Manager you will work at a high complexity level, have large business scale and impact to ensure smooth transition of business to the new platforms and products. You will co-own the change management around these migrations.Key responsibilities:

As a NSCP Implementation Manager you will

  • Work together with the technological organization (FPO/PPO/BPO/Tech) to verify platform readiness and feedback information from the platform users and CX teams
  • Work together with the customer experience organization to prepare and manage the migration of existing customers to the platform
  • Create and optimize various tools that enable us and other Lead Logistics teams to migrate customers: on-boarding playbook, frameworks, toolboxes, dashboards, communication plans etc…
  • Run projects in collaboration with our Functional Product Owners (FPO) team
  • Prepare the wider Maersk organization for the change management that comes with a platform migration. This will include contribution the roll out of standardization.
  • Project manage the migration of specific accounts in the Top 40 to the NSCP
  • Implement strategies that help decommission legacy systems and bring more volume to the NSCP and related products

Requirements:

  • 5+ years relevant work experience with successful track record leading and implementing transformation and data migration activities in large scale
  • Strong project management skills to run projects individually
  • Persistence and drive to work towards set goals in a turbulent environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate the Maersk organization
  • Strong communication skill with the ability to influence and drive
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of legacy systems and the way Maersk Lead Logistics works today is a plus
  • Team player

The location of the position is flexible and can be in various countries in Europe.
