We are now looking for you - our People & Culture Coordinator. With 25.000 m2 playground and more than 200 new colleagues you will have a central role in supporting our leaders and colleagues with all aspects of the HR life cycle. Together with our Head of People & Culture, you will have a huge impact on our Villa Culture - how we want our guests and employees to feel. Being part of a community rather than simply being at a hotel or working space.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Various range of HR administrative tasks incl. GDPR
  • Supporting our managers in legal matters, questions in regards to shiftplanning, absence, policies etc.
  • Recruiting from A-Z
  • Planning and execution of Pre-boarding, On-boarding and Off-boarding
  • Creating and updating our digital Villa Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct etc.
  • Secure the process behind The Beat, our engagement survey, which we run two times a year
  • Work actively with key data within People & Culture, and constantly strive to help improve these in order to provide accurate HR analytics

    We are looking for a person who wants to join us on our exciting journey and who show the same enthusiasm and courage that characterize our organization. You are warm, approachable, inspiring, friendly and personal. Young at heart. You are solution-oriented, have a genuine interest in people and the ability to build trust and relationships, a real team player with a proactive can-do attitude.

    In addition you have:


  • Relevant experience within the field of HR and strong knowledge about Danish labour law and relevant union agreements
  • Fluent in both one of the Scandinavian languages and English, both verbal and in written
  • High degree of personal flexibility, service attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to cope with changing demands and ability to stay calm in stressful situations
  • Systematic thinker, able to move between detailed information and the bigger picture
  • Structured with good analytical skills. Needless to say you are a skilled user of MS Office.
  • Experience in Timeplan and Google Suite is only an advantage
