The Villa story
Villa Copenhagen is Copenhagen's new luxury hotel located in the old Central Post Building from 1912. We are opening in April 2020 with 390 rooms in magnificent settings with a vibrant and intimate atmosphere - a place where old European charm and Copenhagen boldness meet. Villa Copenhagen is going to be Copenhagens new attraction, this is where diversity lives and where you find the perfect setting for meetings, co-working, entertainment, pop-up activities, events, modern design, art and drinks with friends.

We are now looking for a Reservations Supervisor. You will work closely together with our Revenue team ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue together with the reservations team you are supervising. We expect you to manage the day-to-day operations with the team by handling phone and email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You have the ability to multi-task and remain organized and always ensure accuracy with both individual and group bookings. You maintain all elements of the reservation system to make certain the information is accurate and up-to-date. The devil is in the details and you love details. You meet and exceed guest expectations by ensuring the team provides positive and courteous service and teamwork.

Personal and professional qualifications:
We are looking for a person who wants to join us on our exciting journey and who show the same enthusiasm and courage that characterize our organization. We believe that you are a person with a big heart, you care about mother earth, service is your passion, and you are a cosmopolitan spirit with at genuine love for Copenhagen. In addition you have experience from the industry in a similar role and you have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong telephone and computer etiquette. It is an advantage if you know how to work in Cenium.
