Your Role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be developing campaign strategy and leading the execution of social marketing campaigns across the year. You will be leading social media initiatives in cross-functional team meetings and work in a group function with global responsibility, where high attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management are key elements to succeed in this position.

In line with the launch of the new strategy for Pandora, Phoenix, you will be driving efforts to support the building of Pandora’s unique brand promise and the significant potential to grow the core business and attraction of new consumers.

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of social marketing campaigns for the launch of new collections and brand initiatives

• Own campaign development and content production across owned and paid social platforms including social storytelling and development of social-first content

• Manage the activation of influencer content across global social media channels, and continuously improvement of guidelines and processes for the above, with the Global PR team

• Drive the implementation of training, presentations and guidelines in relation to campaigns, content and community management

• Coordinate community management by leading the dialogue with our freelance Community Manager on day-to-day tasks

Other tasks:

• Key point of contact for clusters and markets on an on-going basis

• Build strong working relationships with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat

• Project management of global social activations

• Day-to-day planning and collaboration with in-house creative resources to build a strong creative presence across social channels

• Implementation of new platform initiatives and trends to maintain strong competitive position in social media

What is needed to succeed:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with project management and digital marketing, paid media and social media, influencer marketing, media campaigns, and PR

• Background in advertising agency, media house or an internal in-house agency/marketing department, or equivalent

• Experience with marketing content production and delivery within different tasks and timescales

• Practice with social storytelling and development of social-first content (still and video) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.

• Experience with managing various different social media platforms such as WeChat, Twitter, LINE, TIkTok etc.

• Superb planning and project management skills

• English fluency and experience from an international environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr (or other social management tools)

• Photoshop and InDesign skills are an advantage but not a must
