Green Hydrogen Systems (GHS) is ready to take a position as one of the world’s leaders in developing and producing electrolysis plants that use electricity from renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen. Hydrogen is a cornerstone in the transition from fossils fuels to a low-carbon economy, and green hydrogen will play a central role in decarbonizing both industrial processes and economic sectors.

As the demand for green energy forms is growing globally, a new hydrogen ecosystem is forming and the demand for electrolyser capacity is expected to surge in the coming decade. GHS is in the process of commercialising its next generation electrolysers, and the vision is that with modular solutions, we will help accelerate the market for hydrogen plants that can ensure optimal utilisation of renewable energy.

To accommodate a growing need for executive assistance and cross-functional coordination, we are looking for a colleague to strengthen our management support team in the role as a Personal Assistant (PA). Primary responsibilities

In this role you will primarily work as a personal assistant for the company’s Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). You will assist the C-level officers with the day-to-day management of calendars and correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events. You can also expect to be working intensively with presentations and, depending on your qualifications, for example with project management, analysis, and communication tasks. You will also, in collaboration with executive support team, coordinate and develop the visiting activity at GHS, as we expect it to grow in the future.

The PA role includes a variety of tasks of both administrative and analytic nature, and we’re looking for a candidate that can thrive in this combination. The position offers a unique insight into a green technology company on a verge of global expansion. Both R&D and Sales are business areas that are essential for the scaling and commercialization of the company, and you will be a central brick in enabling the C-level management to work effectively and with focus on the right things. With GHS growing at high speed, we also have a heightened focus on cross-functional communication and cooperation. As a PA you will contribute to a good collaboration and flow of communication between business areas, and with your overview also have a continuous attention on securing alignment between the research and commercial agendas.</p Qualifications and experience

We are looking for a candidate with

  • A suitable eduction within for example international business, organisational studies, or communication
  • Experience with or knowledge of business development, sales, and organizational communication
  • Experience in crafting PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (both written and verbal); other language skills are beneficial

Interest in the renewable energy sector and practical experience from a similar position are also beneficial.

To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive team player that can balance a variety of tasks and sometimes conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment. As the role spans over several business areas, you should be able to keep an overview and prioritize your tasks in cooperation with the rest of the team. Most important is that you effectively can take ownership of your tasks and quickly can pick up on how to support the executive management in line with GHS’ goals and values.

The position is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is also suitable for graduates or someone with a few years’ experience. We interview candidates on an on-going basis and would like to see you start as soon as possible.

We will offer a salary that is according to the nature of the position, requirements, and background. Pension scheme and health insurance are also part of the salary package.
