Are you our new Management Assistant combined with Customer Success agent?
In Hobbii, the happiest place on earth for yarn lovers, we're on the lookout for a combined role with 2-3 days a week being a Spanish and English-speaking Customer Success Hero and 2-3 days a week being the Management assistant to our CEO. The customer success role: We are looking for a new addition to our vibrant, international Customer Success team, where you together with 40 dedicated and helpful colleagues will be the main point of contact for our customers. We are on the lookout for a happy, smiling and outgoing person, who most importantly: loves to be in contact with customers 😊
Being a Customer Success Hero at Hobbii involves taking care of our lovely customers via phone, email and social media. We want to have the best customer service and you will play a key role in achieving that. You will with your love and charm help our Dutch-speaking customers with everything from shipment details, product specifics and general questions about yarn, patterns and everything in between.
The management assistant role: we are about to embark on a journey with Shopify, and the first country will be Spain. For this, we need you to have fluency in Spanish as you will be a pivotal part in supporting our CEO and the tech team in this running smoothly. In addition, you will on a day to day basis be the support to our CEO and the rest of the management team in booking meetings, taking meeting minutes, developing presentations and making sure to follow up on behalf of our CEO.
You will primarily work from our HQ in Dortheavej (Copenhagen), but we are flexible in terms of working remotely a couple of days a week 💻 Preferred starting date is late-March or start April.

The skills you need to master this role
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
- You have most likely worked with customer service before - either over the phone or face-to-face with customers
- You are detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- You are a quick learner and a problem-solver
- You are service minded and like creating a great atmosphere around you
- You might have experience from working close to management or owners of the company
- It’s a huge advantage if you have a good knowledge of yarn - and if you knit/crochet yourself 🧶
