Would you like to be a part of the fastest-growing scale-up in the Test and Measurement industry? QuadSAT is currently revolutionising the satellite industry with a new antenna test solution that couples drone technology with an advanced radio payload.

Description

We are searching for an Office and Executive Assistant to join our team in Odense. You will be a part of an innovative and international team and will work with everyone at the office to help build a great workplace and keep management focused on their tasks.

This role would primarily entail leading all office management duties as well as aiding the executive team, primarily the CEO, with ad-hoc tasks that arise.

Working hours must be 5 days a week but can be either part time (30 hours/week) or full time.

Responsibilities

  • Organise all travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings for work events.
  • Assist the executive team with calendar management and meeting scheduling.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and the office space for interviews, visitors, etc.
  • Manage stock of all general office supplies.
  • Keep general order in the office, look after plants, stock fridge, maintain coffee machine.
  • Organise all office upgrades and purchases.
  • Lead the planning of all team bonding events and seasonal parties.
  • Ad-hoc projects (Christmas decorating, etc.).

You thrive in an environment with unpredictable tasks, that could come in every day. You can fix things around the office and know who to call if we cannot fix it ourselves.

Knowledge & Skills

  • No Specific education is required but we envision the candidate to be organised and have excellent time management skills.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a changing environment with new tasks every day.
  • A driver’s license and car would be beneficial to carry out the office management duties, however it is not required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive mindset and a natural collaborator.
  • English is our company language, so fluency in English is essential.
  • You are attentive to details, proactive and can work independently.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office, outlook, etc.
