Would you like to head up the team being responsible for the budgeting and reporting of Product Supply financials? And would you be motivated about utilising and developing our analytics framework for finance partnering? Then this is your chance to join Finance in the production division of Novo Nordisk.
About the department
The Financial Planning & Analytics team consists of 9 dedicated employees. Our department is in Bagsværd and is responsible for the financial reporting and budgeting processes for Product Supply. Also, the department is developing and utilising analytics tools to ensure finance partnering towards the senior management team of Product Supply.
The Job
As Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analytics it will be your responsibility to deliver solid processes and high quality in the financial reporting. It is important that you, together with your team, strive for continuously optimising on the processes and deliverables to ensure we bring most value adding to the business. Furthermore, you are required to prepare analyses and recommendations on the most optimal resource allocation across Product Supply’s activities and with this to deliver finance partnering by utilising data analytics.
Moreover, you are expected to ensure a strong network and collaboration across the global Product Supply finance organisation and, at the same time, drive high engagement and motivation in your team.
You will report to the Vice President of Product Supply Finance and be a member of the Product Supply Finance management team and the cross-functional Product Supply Finance group.
Qualifications
To fulfil this job, you must have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a strong personal impact. You hold a master’s degree in finance or similar and have a proven track record from other relevant managerial position.
The job requires a positive and open-minded team player with great communication skills. As a person you are ambitious, proactive, engaged and you have a genuine interest in people and making a team perform optimally.
Fluency in spoken English is expected.
