About the department
As soon as you enter our offices in Bagsværd, we expect you will feel welcome. We share our challenges, but also our victories and celebrations, so you will never feel left alone or in over your head. You will be joining a team of 8 recruiters with a very diverse range of backgrounds – some of us are psychologists, other are trained within completely different fields – but most of us have spent quite a few years making sure that the right jobs find the right people at the right time.

We work out of our offices in Bagsværd, but many of our activities are linked to production facilities, offices or laboratories in Måløv, Kalundborg, Gentofte or one of our many other sites and therefore, your presence may be needed there several times a week.

About the job
Your main responsibility as our new recruitment consultant will be to drive the process for the recruitments you are assigned to in collaboration with hiring managers and our shared service centre in India. You will function as an advisor for hiring managers during the entire recruitment process and consequently, creating lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area – all around a diverse and complex organisation - is essential to succeed in this role.

You will be expected to perform independently and at the same time, a very collaborative mind set is needed when you participate in strategic activities together with your colleagues, local management or external business partners.

We expect that you are motivated for a steep learning curve and are curious about our complex organisation. We are currently transforming the recruitment process across Novo Nordisk globally, and thus you can expect that you will learn something new every day and you will have to continuously adjust the way you work.

We employ different personality assessment methods, so you can expect to achieve certifications within certain assessment systems.

Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar. You already have a few years of recruiting experience, and you are familiar with various assessment methods.

As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. Your drive makes it natural for you to run several different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve accomplishing your goals. You can maintain an overview while dealing with details, and you can be trusted to handle a process from beginning to end. You bring a good sense of humour to work even when pressure is on, and you thrive in a changing environment. You understand the importance of a high service level and flexibility to candidates, hiring manager’s and stakeholders. In addition to that, you are fluent in Danish and English.

We expect you to have a driver’s licence as you will be driving between our sites several times a week.
