We are looking for a BI Analyst to identify and implement financial and commercial key insights and optimisation points across our business.

THE ROLE
As BI Analyst in our Business Intelligence team your key objective will be to identify and implement key insights and optimisation points across Better Collective. You will work closely together with the Finance and Business Development departments to provide analyses and recommendations as well as ensure alignment and strengthening the collaboration between Finance and BI. Moreover, you will work closely with your team members to ensure the highest level of transparency and data-driven decision making in Better Collective.

THE ROLE
As BI Analyst in our Business Intelligence team your key objective will be to identify and implement key insights and optimisation points across Better Collective. You will work closely together with the Finance and Business Development departments to provide analyses and recommendations as well as ensure alignment and strengthening the collaboration between Finance and BI. Moreover, you will work closely with your team members to ensure the highest level of transparency and data-driven decision making in Better Collective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support key stakeholders, in particular Finance, across Better Collective with reporting, key insights, dashboards, analyses and recommendations
- Oversee financial comparison and reporting to our management and board
- Ensuring alignment, integration and strengthen the financial data (revenues/costs) collaboration between Finance and BI
- Develop and updating revenue forecasts and models across the group
- Ensuring the highest quality of data in Tableau dashboards
- Support in the integration process of the financial data w.r.t. M&As
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Holds a master degree in the field of business administration or commercial business
- Has a high level of passion and perseverance
- Has a profound analytical, financial and commercial mindset and a strong ability to grasp the whole value chain
- A good team player and at the same time able to carry out projects independently
- Works proactively and has excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Experience with cloud data warehouse, Tableau or similar, Alteryx or similar, Excel
- Preferably knows VBA (SQL knowledge is an advantage)
- Has comprehensive experience within the field of financial analyses, reporting or controlling, Business Intelligence, in-house consulting, or other commercial business related analytical department
- Very detail oriented
- Has good recommendations and a proven track record
