Specifically utilizing a robust, sustainable growth strategy, a data-driven digital marketing-setup, and a dynamic team. For our office in Copenhagen we are looking for a skilled, proactive and digital part-time colleague who is passionate about crunching numbers, transferring data and building automated workflows, whilst being motivated by a fast-paced position with a steep learning curve and exciting challenges in a young and international team of ambitious students, serial entrepreneurs, and digital marketers.
ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Business Analyst in our growing Business Intelligence Team you are expected to be ready for the challenge of AndLight’s increasing complexity by ensuring high performing workflows, allowing sustainable scalability and future growth. Your favourite tools probably include Tableau, Excel, Python and SQL. You will gain practical experience with platform architecture, databases, ETL, data visualisation and reporting whilst attending frequent meetings with the rest of the team to coordinate tasks. You are expected to be self-driven, have a strong problem-solving mindset and find motivation in the ability to make a difference from day one – always with support and guidance from the entire marketing and BI team. In the position, you will be able to challenge yourself and kick start your career with a young and ambitious team of colleagues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transforming data into knowledge and actionable insights
- Writing scripts and workflows for future growth
- Visualisation and managing of data in reporting tools
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- An ambitious individual with a strong analytical, data-driven and problem-solving mindset
- Data-driven, detail oriented, and passionate about performance optimisation
- A strong interest in creating workflows that allow us to scale
- Curiosity and the ability to think outside the box
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
